Nicht vergessen: Teilung ist die letzten rund 10 Jahre ein "Hobby" von Motorola geworden:
vor rund 10 Jahren wurde "ON Semi" (Standardhalbleiter) "abgespalten"
Dann "Freescale" mit dem Rest der Halbleiterei
"Computers" (primär VME Equipment für Telekom und Co.) "weg"
Elektronische Systeme (primär für Automotive) ging an "CONTI"
usw. usf.

Und trotzdem ging der Kurs natürlich - dankbar - nach oben ...
