OK, what’s the deal out there right now? Got some wonderful input for you. Our STALKER source called. Seems he is dealing with another Governor of the Regional Reserve Board banks. This one is "active." Our source was told the Fed was only going to take the Fed Funds rate down to 3%, for fear of destroying the dollar. However, with events and market news, beginning to spin out of control, they now plan to take the Fed Funds rate down to 2%. It is that bad out there.

So the obvious retort is that the dollar is REALLY going to take a plunge in the toilet. My source said YES … first to 70 … then to the 60 to 62 area (no timetable was given). This Regional Fed Governor told our STALKER source just what you have heard here for a long time … the Fed is petrified that the US stock and real estate markets will fall apart unless they do something dramatic. Therefore, they are prepared to sacrifice the dollar (and the fight against inflation) in an ATTEMPT to save both of those markets.

This means they know they have lost the gold war too. All they want to do now is to slow the advance down and excitement over gold to a minimum (you have heard that ad nauseam here too).

Der STALKER ist ein amerikanischer Goldhändler. Jetzt kauft offenbar auch schon ein aktiver Fed-Gouverneur bei ihm Gold und erzählt ihm, dass man alles tun will, um dem Aktienmarkt zu retten - auch wenn man den Dollar opfern muss.

Das bringt vielleicht kurzfristig Erleichterung aber verschärft die Probleme mittelfristig enorm. Kein Wunder wenn auch die Fed-Bosse schon aus ihrem Dollar flüchten.

PS: vermutlich wird die EZB dann mit einer Zinssenkung nachziehen. Die echte Hyperinflation beginnt.
