Es passt zu den Schwierigkeiten, dass UBS den UBS/Gallup Index of Investor Optimism nicht mehr publiziert.

The firm has chosen to concentrate its efforts on supporting this robust Research offering and as a result UBS has discontinued its co-sponsorship of the Gallup Index of Investor Optimism, effective January 2008."

Der Indikator wurde 1996 implementiert und regelmässig als Sentimentindikator der Finanzmärkte zitiert. So etwas Prestigeträchtiges gibt man nicht einfach auf.
