“As for the ISM non-manufacturing index it was
49.3 for February, and although many are saying that this
was good because it was "better than expected," given
that the consensus was for 47 and that last month was
44.6, we maintain that it is still below 50 and that that is
what is important. OF the various sub-indices that we find
most important, new orders were 49.6, up from 43.5
and employment was 46.9, up from 43.9... but again, all
are below 50!“
